3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.40/month) or yearly ($42/year). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. User Accounts
You may sign in with Google or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts store progress locally on your device only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including case files, stories, images, and code, is the property of UnsolvedCaseGame.com and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. Guest users are not tracked. We also collect game progress data (completed cases, scores) to provide the Service.

3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Guest account data is stored locally on your device using localStorage and is not transmitted to our servers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to kadirkenantopal@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period.
